★ us/ww joiner friendly for both stamped & tracked mail! however, please understand ww tracked can get pretty pricey so if you’re interested in joining my go, you will be required to pay all shipping costs

★ no backouts allowed, once your comment has been posted, unless you contact me before the groupchat is made, you will be required to pay for your claim or find a replacement to cover your claim — failure to do will result in blacklisting and a potential dwayor

★ no refunds are allowed once initial is paid, this means you must pay any additional shipping costs to receive your items

★ supply/custom are most likely to be added for any merch items, this could range from $1.00 - $5.00 depending on the group order

★ claims are honored by comment time — please understand that some claims are marked off initially as it might be my own claim or for my friends

★ please read ahead of accepted payment methods, again you are responsible for payment once your comment has been made

★ if the store sends uneven sets, your claim will cover the pob you pull through a sorting form, you will not be given a refund if the issue was out of my hand

ems/dms go info ✶⋆.˚

★ all items are sent to my kaddy, unless stated otherwise, this means that sometimes items can be delayed in arriving to me but this is to ensure that ems (the shipping cost for items to come to me from the store/kaddy) is as cheap as i can make it

★ the status of orders will be posted on my “update” highlight and i try to update groupchats as much as i can, but sometimes with the sheer amount of group orders i have, this might not be as current and frequent as my story updates

★ the status of items that are at my kaddy go through different processes and those will be linked in my go-tracker — i try to update as frequently as i can but it might not always be up to date

★ groupchats will receive a form to pay ems when items are ready to be shipped to me (payment for shipping from store to gom) — this must be filled out before the deadline

★ if ems is not paid by the deadline, a late fee of $0.50 per day will be applied and after 7 days, your item will be up for claim until you pay — if you are not able to pay before someone else claims it, your item is GONE

★ once items arrive to me on hand, please understand it takes me a few days to sit through everything, sort, and ensure nothing is damaged or missing

★ to check the status of your orders once items are on-hand, please check the outbox list linked on my notion — it will show you what my progress is with your individual order

★ all photocards are packaged with a sleeve, toploaders, and a card — all merch is packaged with some sort of protection (bubble wrap, cardboard, etc) if needed

★ if photocards arrive in uneven sets, a sorting form will be sent in the groupchat to organize pulls between joiners — this is fair between all joiners

★ if you do not fill out the send-out form and pay for shipping, your order will not be sent out — please make sure to read the form carefully

★ i always send address checks and your item will not be sent out unless i have received confirmation from your end

★ send-off is done through personal mailbox and post office, please dm me before-hand if you need post office drop-off only

★ i am not responsible for lost or damaged mail after send-off is done, if you want insurance on your tracked shipping, please notify me beforehand

★ if DMS is not paid within 2 months of arrival date, your items will be placed for claim — I am not a warehouse, and not responsible for holding onto your items until you deem fit to pay shipping

fancall-raffle info ✶⋆.˚

★ i have hosted a great number of fancall raffles and have proof of most of them on my story highlight on my account, so i have experience with most stores

★ for fancall raffles, i am required to take personal info from you at time of purchase but please understand that once the raffle winner is chosen, all personal info is deleted

★ one entry = one pob, max is capped at 8! please understand that you can either enter for you or your friend

★ no extensions are allowed if you want to be considered for a raffle, you must have payment in before the deadline or you will not be entered into the wheel

★ all raffle winners are chosen on instagram live unless i truly am unable to go live, either way, all raffle winners are chose completely fairly

★ all sets designated as a raffle for the joiners go towards the winner, i send complete proof of entry and purchase — if i enter for myself or a friend for the same event, it is completely separate, most of the time out of pocket to be sold later — i am transparent about all of this so please ask questions whenever you have any

★ all fancall raffle joiners are responsible to be check the event’s rules for themselves, if you need a passport/id, please check beforehand — i am not responsible to check that for you. once the winner is chosen, my only obligation is to send you any initial information given

★ i do not allow repeat fancall raffle winners for my GOs as a personal rule

★ raffle winners are only given the signed album and fancall, you are required to pay ems for the signed album
